Job description
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team - someone who combines strong writing skills with hands-on campaign execution and a sharp sense for go-to-market strategy.
GO2 Markets connects buyers and sellers worldwide to facilitate the trading of environmental products and provides advisory services to help organizations develop and implement sustainability strategies.
In this role, you will take ownership of campaign execution, content coordination, and regional marketing support across our Markets business and Net Zero platform. You will play a key role in increasing marketing output, improving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging across channels and regions.
You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with our design team and a fellow Marketing Manager, collaborating daily to deliver cohesive campaigns across the business.
As a trusted partner to commercial and regional teams, you will translate business priorities into clear, actionable marketing plans that drive visibility, engagement, and pipeline impact.
This is a full-time, Berlin-based position with a hybrid setup, starting as soon as possible.
Job requirements
Your Mission
Own and manage the content calendar end-to-end, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment across stakeholders
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across key markets (US/UK and DACH)
Develop and coordinate high-quality content including social media, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials
Translate business and commercial priorities into effective go-to-market messaging and campaign execution
Ensure smooth campaign delivery through proactive stakeholder management, timelines, and approvals
Support go-to-market initiatives from messaging and positioning through to rollout and activation
Continuously improve campaign effectiveness through structured planning, learning loops, and performance reflection
What You Will Bring
3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in a B2B environment
Proven experience independently managing and executing campaigns end-to-end
Strong writing and editing skills in both German and English
Experience managing content calendars and coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Solid understanding of go-to-market fundamentals (messaging, segmentation, channel strategy, HubSpot)
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, structured, and detail-oriented working style with high quality standards
Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, product, and regional teams
Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with both strategic and operational responsibilities
