Job description
We're looking for a Talent & Operations Manager to join our People team - someone who's equally at home running a sharp recruiting process and keeping HR operations tight.
GO2 Markets connects buyers and sellers worldwide to facilitate the trading of environmental products and provides advisory services to help organizations develop and implement sustainability strategies.
You'll own end-to-end hiring across all functions while also managing the day-to-day HR work that keeps our team running: contracts, documentation, onboarding, offboarding, and employee support. As a trusted partner to managers and leadership, you'll help us grow with intention - attracting top talent and building the operational foundation for a scaling, mission-driven organization.
This is a full-time, Berlin-based position with an immediate start.
Job requirements
Your Mission
Own the full recruiting lifecycle across all functions - from sourcing and job postings through interviews, offers, and onboarding handover
Partner with hiring managers to define roles, streamline processes, and make aligned, data-informed decisions
Deliver a standout candidate experience through clear communication, fast feedback, and a compelling offer journey
Track and improve recruiting performance using metrics like time-to-hire, funnel conversion, and drop-off rates
Handle day-to-day HR operations: contract preparation, employee documentation, and HR system maintenance
Support smooth onboarding and offboarding, and act as the go-to contact for employee HR questions
Maintain and improve HR processes, policies, and internal documentation in line with local labor law and internal standards
What You Will Bring
2+ years of end-to-end recruiting and People operation experience across multiple functions (experience in sustainability, climate tech, or impact-driven environments is a plus)
A proven track record of hiring across levels — from junior and working students to senior and leadership roles
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with confidence working with senior leadership
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, processes, and deadlines simultaneously
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience with ATS tools (experience with Tellent Recruitee is a plus) and HRIS tools (experience with Personio is a plus)
